They have great customer service but there prices are little out there. For example I needed a new key, to have my car towed to the Kennesaw location cost $200 ( I live 10 minutes w) plus maintenance fee little out there. For example I needed a new key, to have my car towed to the Kennesaw location cost $200 ( I live 10 minutes w) plus maintenance fees would be around $400 total cost was $700. Had a locksmith who came to my house and did everything for $170 More

I trust their service pros. Easy, transparent, communicative and have brought my car back to life twice, both times affordable. I am a third generation Toyota owner and always bring my car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an car to your establishment for service. However, this is the first time that I was disappointed in the service. I came in on Friday at 11:35 am for an oil change and taillight replacement. I did not get checked out until 1:38 pm. When I texted the service representative, Katie Fuller at 1:00 pm asking how long it would because I had an appointment, she said she would check. I When I got up to leave, I saw my car sitting in the parking lot completed. The service representative had gone to lunch and failed to tell me that my car was ready. I thank David Cobb for finding my invoice and checking me out. More
