I have purchased a few vehicles in my life and I have to tell you that this was the best experience as a new customer. Anthony met us at the door and was very helpful. We purchased the vehicle and the Ganley Team took it from there. If you ever went in to do your financing room before, then this will surprise you. Under 10 minutes and I was walked thru every option and was asked what works for me will be fine. Pick whatever you like or don’t choose anything extra. I walked out with the best feeling ever! I actually chose the 6 year extended warranty because it made sense for me. How about that, choosing what’s best for me!! Gavin was professional and provided timely communication throughout the buying process. Ken Ganley Ford management employ dishonest tactics that are questionable. The Finance Manager required my SSN eventho throughout the buying process. Ken Ganley Ford management employ dishonest tactics that are questionable. The Finance Manager required my SSN eventhough I had approved financing and a check from my credit union. The FM bullied me into giving my SSN or he would not approve the purchase. I drove 5 1/2 hours from MD to OH to make this puchase and conveyed the day before I arrived the I was not providing my SSN and was not interested in other financing options from the dealership. After filling out the credit union check and giving it to the FM he demanded SSN sighting the Patriot Act requires I give SSN. I contacted a lawyer friend who did some quick search and told me the dealership does need my SSN unless I am seeking financing through the dealership, stating attorneys from both the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) and the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association (NIADA), say that the Patriot Act does not require dealers to run a credit report on customers who pay cash or are not seeking financing through the dealership. He advised me to walk away or if I wanted to make the purchase give my SSN and clearly state I do not approve or give Ken Ganley Ford authorization to pull or run my credit. Ken Ganley Ford agreed they would not run or pull my credit. That's what did. I will monitor my credit to see if Ken Ganley Ford ran my credit and file a complaint with the appropriate authorities. I will file a general complaint with the BBB and other agencies hoping Ken Ganley Ford stops this dishonest practice. More

This was the first out of state vehicle purchase I attempted and was outside of my comfort zone. The sales team of Desmond Norvell and Tony Zuppe eased the stress and uncertainty of buying a used vehi attempted and was outside of my comfort zone. The sales team of Desmond Norvell and Tony Zuppe eased the stress and uncertainty of buying a used vehicle that was 803 miles away. Desmond and Tony explained the benefits of purchasing a vehicle that was Ford Blue Advantage certified and additionally backed with a Carfax report. My wife and I trusted Ganley Ford enough to fly to Ohio with oneway tickets just for a test drive. Desmond went beyond our expectations when he personally worked with our local financing agent and even assisted with getting the car properly titled in our state. As we travelled to Norton, Desmond Norvell even stayed in contact with us through text messages if he needed to step in and assist. He treated us like relatives that were visiting from out of town. Well done! More
