Was lied to multiple times by service advisor I picked up with. Told me I owed them for filters when I picked up however I had already bought them in the morning from parts. Advisor went to Vehicle to check with. Told me I owed them for filters when I picked up however I had already bought them in the morning from parts. Advisor went to Vehicle to check and said they were already installed and I would have to be inconvenienced by returning the filters I bought in the morning for Their mistake. He told me to go to parts to figure out what their return policy on parts was when o did they told me there was nothing on the ticket and was not sure why I was being charged. Parts guy left to talk to advisor and when he came back he said everything was ok and to talk to the advisor. When I came back to the advisor he told me he checked and the filters in my car and they were my old ones and needed to be replaced soon and gave me my key. When I went out to my vehicle there was another guy messing with my glove box and I asked him what he was doing he said he putting the glove box Back in properly and I asked why. He said they put New filters in and I said that weird can the story has changed 3 times now so I asked to check the filters to which it appeared new filters were placed in my vehicle without my consent and because of their mistake they tried to make me pay for it. Afterwards I took the vehicle back to my mechanic and found they did not top off My fluids and left my coolant cap loose and open More

My truck has been there twice for the same issue and it still isn’t fixed. 3 times if you include the time I brought it back and was to come back later. They’ve tried 3 fixes and it still isn’t working rig still isn’t fixed. 3 times if you include the time I brought it back and was to come back later. They’ve tried 3 fixes and it still isn’t working right. Not to mention the issues I’ve had with one of the service advisor. Plus getting a return phone call is next to impossible. My service advisor has been kind of helpful. But nobody else wants to be bothered. More

Manager Zach Claybrooks is a liar. He will not keep his word and he’s too proud to even apologize for his mistakes. Go to Marietta Toyota. You will get better Service and you will not deal with people that say one thing and do another and don’t care if you’re inconvenienced. It’s sad how bad this place has gotten. I’ve gone here for over 20 years and now have to move on. I hope one day they begin to care about their customers once again. Until then, save yourself. More
