I visited this Toyota service center at 2pm, for a standard oil change and tire rotation. I have been coming here for ten years and I always get my car serviced here, no matter what. I always receive standard oil change and tire rotation. I have been coming here for ten years and I always get my car serviced here, no matter what. I always receive great service and in a timely manner. My service tech’s name, this day, was Costas Hernandez. At 4:15 I asked another service tech, Simon Chan, how much longer he thought it would be. He didn’t check, but said “should be soon”. So I waited on the outside near the service counters. At 5:45 I explained the situation to another service tech Mckenzie, and she informed me that Costas had left for the day, and my car had been ready. I just thought this was extremely inconsiderate. I was there for almost four hours. Once I saw my paperwork I realized my cat had been ready for two hours, as the paper said 4:19pm. If he left for the day, he could have transferred my car to another service technician. I had to call out of work this day when I could have easily made it on time, had ai been notified. More

The people that work here are very nice and helpful. Excellent service department. There was a lot of customers bringing their cars in but they still got my oil changed in and out in a hour. Their service advisors are top notch and There was a lot of customers bringing their cars in but they still got my oil changed in and out in a hour. Their service advisors are top notch and very knowledgeable about my hybrid Camry. Making an appointment could not have been easier. Great all around experience. More

Costas was very nice and he later introduced me to Mark in the service department. Mark simply went out of his way to help me when the problem with my car was not happening while I was at Cobb.
