I somehow cracked the mud flap on my 2025 4 runner. It took two weeks to get an answer as to whether i needed a mud flap after paying $545 for a new one. I scheduled appt for first service and mud fla It took two weeks to get an answer as to whether i needed a mud flap after paying $545 for a new one. I scheduled appt for first service and mud flap removal after being advised I didn’t have to have one. Upon arrival, the gentleman I spoke with seemed to be very put out that I was there and said my service advisor (Carlos) was always off on Thursday. He advised that I did need the mud flap. Carlos had quoted $245 for labor but I was charged $54 after replacement. I have purchased four Toyotas from this dealership and never felt so unwelcome. I will say that Kyle at checkout was very pleasant. More

Super easy to schedule a service time online. And then pulling in is super easy and their reps are so nice! And I was done in like 20 minutes! Oh and their massive waiting room, has a quiet room off of it, with work stations, if you need to do real work while you wait. More
