Since 2007 I have come to this location for ALL my oil changes and services. Nothing really “special” about this location for me to refer anyone here. This past experience the agent was not pleasant. I noticed my vehicle service was completed and parked and I watched him for about 20minutes before he finally sent me the message to see him to pick up my keys. To which he gave the paper work to someone else because he was on what seemed to be a personal call. Never acknowledging me or saying thank you or anything. I don’t need to refer anyone here. More

We bought our Highlander 22 brand new from this dealership. We added an extended warranty for any repairs, my trunk door was having issues closing and opening, if we use the warranty we shouldn’t h dealership. I called to inquire about the warranty and I got transferred multiple times to the finance department that never answered.And the lady who answered the phone “took “ my message and hung up on me while I was still talking. I used to love the service of this dealership…I don’t know what is going on but it changed drastically. Costas over the phone was really nice with me, but in person with my husband he was not. More
