My truck was stolen and sent here for a key replacement and inspection. I took almost two months to get my car back because this dealer failed to source a replacement key to program for my truck. After two and inspection. I took almost two months to get my car back because this dealer failed to source a replacement key to program for my truck. After two months, I was told to wait another month because it’s “impossible to find a replacement key right now”. I called two nearby dealerships and they were both much more helpful and sourced me a new key within an hour. I then took this key to koons to have them program it and picked up a few days later. It’s ridiculous that they could not make these calls to find me a key. Each time I showed up to check on my truck they were not busy, there was definitely time that could have been spent helping me, the customer, get the key and be on my way. More
