I would recommend our sales person, Charlita, but not Koons Ford. The service department and comptroller suck. I traded a car in on the 7th of January. It is now the 28th. overall it was a good experience. I was a bit frustrated by not knowing what features I actually was purchasing. As Ford suggested customer toI reduce some options I originally order I was a bit frustrated by not knowing what features I actually was purchasing. As Ford suggested customer toI reduce some options I originally order back in December '21 to ensure an earlier deliver, I came in in September and did so. Charlita could not tell me what options my Maverick I picked up had. The paper work only listed general categories and the Ford web site Charlita tried to access on her computer kept throwing her out without providing any info. I strongly recommend that the paperwork we get with our new cars explicitly list what options are in the vehicle. More
