Carmine was awesome. He was very attentive & worked with my needs. He wasn’t pushy like some can be. I appreciate all that he did for me. On the truck side, there were a few things I feel should’ve been checked, verified or repaired before it was put up for sale. 1. There wasn’t an antenna attached which makes the radio stations not come in clearly or not at all. When they do come in, it’s off & on with a lot of static. Carmine said he will handle that and get an antenna ordered to be installed. I appreciate Carmine handling that. 2. We also couldn’t find the switch to turn on the fog lights that are in the middle of the front guard. I’m still searching for it & checking Google as well. I don’t want to have to go to a shop & pay them to find it. 3. After leaving the dealership later in the day, I noticed the radio controls on the steering wheel don’t work, so you can’t control volume or change stations. 4. My daughter also noticed that on the Pioneer stereo settings, I can’t sync my iPhone to Bluetooth because you can’t delete the 3 Bluetooth devices that are on there from previous owners. When you go to the settings, the Bluetooth function at the bottom of the options is grayed out. Experts online say the solution is to push the parking brake in & the Bluetooth functions should light up. If it doesn’t, they’re saying that the parking brake wiring probably isn’t connected to the Pioneer stereo and/or it’s not grounded. I understand these may seem like small issues to a big dealership, but little details like this mean a lot to me & have a big bearing on if I choose to purchase another vehicle in the future. I get that it’s an older vehicle and sometimes things aren’t top notch, but I don’t think these issues were even checked to see if they were working or not as part of a thorough inspection.
