

Hello, everyone! My name is Bret Hines and I am a Service Advisor who has worked in the automotive industry for 30 years. In June of 2009, I became a part of the Rallye BMW team. Known as a nice, honest, and genuine guy who loves to joke around, but always gets the job done. My customers and co-workers can depend on me to help when needed. I am never pushy and always upfront; only sell our customers what they truly need. Making sure the vehicles of our guests are handled in a timely manner is my priority. A little about myself: I studied at SUNY Farmingdale. Enjoy discussions about muscle cars. I’m a big fan of the New York Rangers. Softball is one of my favorite hobbies. I also like going to car shows – I own a classic 1967 Chevy Chevelle. I have a true passion for helping others, which makes this the perfect career choice for me.

Late last year I purchased a 3 series sedan in large part to transport my elderly mother who needs a car that is low to the ground as she struggles to get in and out of the car. Recently, my mother fell and to transport my elderly mother who needs a car that is low to the ground as she struggles to get in and out of the car. Recently, my mother fell and was transported via ambulance to the hospital for a full examination. When I went to my car to follow the ambulance, I noticed a large nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. My wife was able to take our SUV to accompany my mother to the hospital but I needed the tire replaced immediately so I could bring my mother home as she cannot get into the SUV. I called Chris who told me the run flat tire should make the trip to the dealership and he would monitor the phone and pick me up if necessary. Chris called Bret to make sure service was ready to assist. I made it to the dealership where Bret and the service team prioritized replacing my tire. I was back on the road in less than one hour, in time to pickup my mother, who was released from the hospital with a few bumps and bruises. I am very happy to have purchased multiple vehicles from a .n premier dealership like Rallye. Thank you Chris and Bret for all of your help! More
