I paid for a tire rotation under the impression that it would have been rotation and balance . If the service rep had informed me before that they were only going to switch front to back, I would have no would have been rotation and balance . The dealership has not let me down as for as accessibility, availability , and cost. However I do believe the wait time be considered. As in, why has the wait time increased to 2-3hours. Antonio was gracious and welcoming. I realize I made an error when he clarified what the scope of the visit was (he said 'You're here for an alignment').
