The service department is very disappointed. We have taken our BMW 5 different times for the same reason. Leaking coolant,, We pick it up don’t even get 200 miles on the car and it’s leaking aga We have taken our BMW 5 different times for the same reason. Leaking coolant,, We pick it up don’t even get 200 miles on the car and it’s leaking again, we take it back in and is told it’s another part and with our deductible it’s 600 dollars ever time. I have brought over 15 different vehicles from Mandel and did all of my business with them. The way they treat their customers now I will never buy a vehicle or take a vehicle to them. They lost all of my business. More

I just leased a 2024 Honda prologue and it’s electric. I’ve never owned or lease an electric vehicle before in my life and I’m almost 50. I’m a nurse and I work many hours. I had not had a chance to get a I’ve never owned or lease an electric vehicle before in my life and I’m almost 50. I’m a nurse and I work many hours. I had not had a chance to get acclimated to my new car.. I ended up stranded essentially at BMW in Diberville, Mississippi. Meanwhile, My Son was waiting for me and Slidell Louisiana so I could take him to court a very important court date and he has many issues. He struggles with like PTSD and anxiety.. Needless to say, I was very stressed at the situation of running out of electricity for my vehicle. Katie generously came to my rescue and allowed me to use BMWs electricity to charge my vehicle even though it was slow. I was so grateful and relieved. She allowed me to do this for many hours so that I could have enough power to get to Electrify America in Gulfport.. I can’t thank her enough she’s an angel and she’s in great enormous asset to your company. My next vehicle will be a BMW and I’m buying from her. I’ve already made up my mind and no one can change it. That’s the how much of an impact she made on me. She has called me and texted me many times to check on me and make sure I’m doing OK and I’m all right I just can’t thank her enough. I also want to say that everyone at BMW was very kind and helpful to me while I was waiting on my car to charge. The receptionist was very kind giving me a water when I was very thirsty. Katie showed me the Starbucks coffee and I enjoyed that and needed it. My experience at BMW was wonderful despite the stressful issue I was dealing with that day. Shane was wonderful as always, very calm and lets you make your own decision I really enjoy dealing with him and he will be the last salesman I ever deal with hopefully! As for Galleria it is amazing and make your own decision I really enjoy dealing with him and he will be the last salesman I ever deal with hopefully! As for Galleria it is amazing and one of the nicest and most up to date dealerships I have ever seen, very comfortable feeling once you walk in the door! This place is by far my favorite dealership to visit weather it’s to buy a new vehicle or get one serviced, I have stopped by several times just to look around. Never met a single person who wasn’t hospitable and very kind. I don’t know how it got this way but I sure hope it stays this way. I have had horrible experiences with other BMW dealerships but never here it is the best! Thanks everyone for another wonderful experience in purchasing a new BMW More

I also appreciated the timely completion of the service, as I did not have to stay long. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will definitely consider returning for future maintenance needs and working with Andrew again.
