More people like Steve! My buying experience and interaction with Steve was great from beginning to end. I was able to pre order and purchase my 2025 4Runner with Steve without hassle and much ease. When all other salesmen told me it would be long before I could get on a list and a year to purchase, Steve made it happen. What I respect the most about Steve is his honesty and integrity from beginning to end without any gimmicks. The numbers remained the same from beginning to the end of the deal. Steve kept me in the loop of my vehicle because it was being shipped and I appreciated the updates within the process. When my car finally arrived, Steve was a pleasure to deal with on one of my happiest days. He stayed past his normal shift hours on a Friday in order to accommodate my schedule, which I appreciate the very next day. (I once texted this man at 4am because of my work schedule, not expecting him to respond but he did!) Steve is great at his job because he loves what he does for a living. Steve texted me to see how I was enjoying the vehicle the next day after my purchase, to confirm I was satisfied with my purchase. I am pretty sure if you look up the words “customer service” on a dictionary, Steve’s face would appear. If you are looking to purchase a new car and want to have the best buying experience, look no further and read any review on here about Steve because they are all telling you the truth but you will just have to live through the Steve magic yourself.

When my car started needing service after service, I grew tired of other dealerships taking advantage and constantly trying to upsell me at every turn. I saw the reviews for 1st Nissan and took a chance. I am so glad that I did. With multiple services needed, I got well acquainted with the staff and could not have been happier. Not only did they resolve every issue in a timely, pleasant manner, but they also remained unparalleled in pricing. Jordan, in particular, is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about his customers. The trustworthiness factor is off the charts. Never once was I solicited for services that I didn’t need. Never once did anyone make me feel rushed or silly if I needed further explanation or detail. They are all truly kind and patient, which is very rare in this world. To top it off, I recently had a warning light pop up and then disappear, so they took the time to investigate my car all day long and could not find any repairs that were needed, so they did not even charge me. Oh, and they put my car through the wash, just because. Who does that?! Apparently, 1st Nissan! If ever someone deserves your business, it is 1st Nissan. Please come here, you won’t regret it!
