Great experience at Acura of Glendale. Karine was very responsive by email and gave me the best out-the-door price I received. When we came in, Karine wasn’t there, so Albert helped us and Karine was very responsive by email and gave me the best out-the-door price I received. When we came in, Karine wasn’t there, so Albert helped us and did a great job showing us the car and all of its features. There was a mix-up because the quote was for a different, less expensive model, but the dealership still honored the original out-the-door price, which I really appreciated. Artur in finance was also great to work with—he explained everything clearly, wasn’t pushy, and gave us an excellent price on the extended warranty we wanted. Overall, the whole process was smooth and professional, and I’d definitely buy from Acura of Glendale again. More
