Best buying experience with the, in my opinion, best most - hawk202007

Best buying experience with the, in my opinion, best most courteous sales person. Delia Vaneman made it easy and she explained everything about the vehicle and products that I got with it. I couldn't be happier with Echo Park and Delia's customer service.

I had a few repairs done on my 2015 VW Golf GTI, and as - coins512

I had a few repairs done on my 2015 VW Golf GTI, and as usual, I was very happy with the great service and repairs that were completed at McDonald Volkswagen on Broadway in Littleton, CO. Stephen Guillet was friendly, helpful, and professional. I really appreciated, that for this repair visit, he tried to give me a few discounts on the final costs, since the issues I was having with the car ended up being on the more expensive side. Carlos, the technician who worked on my car, did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the issues my car was having! I really appreciated the detailed video that he made to show me what his inspection had uncovered. I really like that McDonald Volkswagen has their techs make those videos for the customers, since I’m assuming for safety reasons they can’t have the customers going back to the service/repair garage. I would recommend McDonald Volkswagen on Broadway in Littleton, CO to friends and family.

I met with Leon of Rocky Mountain Euro Sport to sell them - Jake Reis

I met with Leon of Rocky Mountain Euro Sport to sell them my 2015 MB C400, and he was absolutely delightful to work with. The thing is, the initial KBB website form I used to estimate my value, I knew was subject to inspection. I had some legit repair work I needed done and Leon offered me a fair price based on that and we agreed. Some brief paperwork was completed and a check cut to me...easy, fast, and professional operation. As a local resident of Parker, I'd recommend them to friends and family.

I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. - REM

I have been a loyal customer for the past 3 years. Have serviced my 2017 Ram 1500 Limited here since it was purchased by Auto Nation. Great service lanes for oil changes and repairs. When it was time last month to buy a new Ram 1500 I got an email with incentives that were truly remarkable. Came in and worked with Zander, salesman, and Tyler the used car manager. Got a very fair trade value and the deal was really smooth. Finance team was also very professional and not pushy on the extras. I really do highly recommend doing business here. I live pretty far away but it is worth the drive time for me. Very honest dealership. General Manager called me after the sale to make sure everything was smooth. Class act all the way around.

No hassle pricing on the CRV we wanted, and Schomp valued - Dilen

No hassle pricing on the CRV we wanted, and Schomp valued our trade at precisely what I wanted (didn’t low-ball us). Kevin and James were not only very professional but also respected our time constraints. Highly recommend!

My first interaction when I arrived and pulled in the - SONYA.FIELDS

My first interaction when I arrived and pulled in the bay, was not the best. All the times I have brought my vehicles there, I have been greeted at my car, asked what I was bringing it in for and pictures take of my car with the IPAD. Then I am walked in to the desk. This time I was standing on the side of my car waiting and watching as other patrons, that had pulled in after me, were being greeted and taken inside. Finally after standing there a while one of the technicians that was walking by told me to go on inside to any one of the desks and someone will help me. Why was I not greeted like the other patrons and how I am accustom? Once I went inside I was checked in, etc. Other than that, it was a pleasant and smooth process. I got a ride home and back to the shop. Good communication on the progress of my service. Updated on what had been done and checked, and my car brought around for me to leave. I was informed that the necessary part for the recall was not in but was ordered. I received a text today notifying me that the part was in and I can schedule for the repair.

When you have decided to venture out to a car dealership, - martavsknowles

When you have decided to venture out to a car dealership, you hope to meet a salesperson with integrity. You hope to meet with someone who is knowledgeable about his brand of cars, well-versed with the models available as well as the near-future offerings. Someone who is fun to talk to. Someone whose smile is genuine. Someone who listens to the customer's comments. Someone who can think fast and make suggestions quickly. Someone who is flexible in making proposals or changes when the customer is indecisive. Someone who wants to be there to help the customer find the right vehicle at the right price. We found him!! His name if Griffin Moody at Mercedes-Benz of Denver. And, G impressed us so much that we completed two different transactions with him.
