⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently purchased our new 2027 Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo from McDonald Volkswagen, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We had a pretty negative experience with a previous purchas R-Line Turbo from McDonald Volkswagen, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience! We had a pretty negative experience with a previous purchase when the dealership was under different management, so we were a little hesitant to give them another chance. I’m really glad we did! Ryan, the store director, and Spencer, who works in sales, were absolutely fantastic. They listened to our concerns, treated us fairly, and genuinely went above and beyond to earn back our trust. The difference under the new management is night and day. We got a great deal, felt appreciated throughout the process, and couldn’t be happier with our new Tiguan. A big thank-you to Ryan and Spencer for turning our opinion of McDonald Volkswagen around. You’ve definitely earned our future business! More

We ended up purchasing a VW ID.4. Spencer (our sales person) spent the majority of the day with us going over all of the features of the car as well as the pluses and minuses to owning an electric car. Spencer is was extremely knowledgeable and kind. We appreciate not being pushed into the car or being rushed. The whole experience was exceptional. More
