We had a pretty negative experience with a previous purchase when the dealership was under different management, so we were a little hesitant to give them another chance. I’m really glad we did! Ryan, the store director, and Spencer, who works in sales, were absolutely fantastic. They listened to our concerns, treated us fairly, and genuinely went above and beyond to earn back our trust. The difference under the new management is night and day. We got a great deal, felt appreciated throughout the process, and couldn’t be happier with our new Tiguan. A big thank-you to Ryan and Spencer for turning our opinion of McDonald Volkswagen around. You’ve definitely earned our future business! More

He just let us know he was there if we wanted to come back and suggested a different vehicle. A week later we decided we should go see the Tiguan he recommended and my daughter fell in love! Numbers were not where I wanted them to be, and in came Ryan to save the day! He worked his magic and we left with a brand new 2026 Tiguan SE Rline. John in finance, made the process so quick and easy, and got us on our way quickly. I highly recommend this dealer as well as Luis to get your deal going. More
