Ethan was great & appreciative of our time. However the communication leading up to our arrival was not good. I wasn’t told it was a call center out of state, none of my calls were returned, therefore, when we arrived for my appointment I found my credit app hadn’t gone through, therefore whole point to save time as we drove from 4 hours away & had to drive back for our daughter to go to work was gone. 5 hours later we were done. The car was supposed to be washed, detailed on inside & gassed up. It was run through the car wash where we watched the gentleman yack on his phone & the car wasn’t cleaned on the inside nor was it gassed up. I would suggest vending machines and someone dedicated to keeping the fridge with cold water, as it was not. Also would suggest charging cubes at all the tables as our phones died. Having grown up in the car dealership industry, this was a much different experience for me. More
