Sleazy and ILLEGAL $700 required add-ons, slow service, disorganized and negligent staff. Took 3 hours from start to finish and I knew the exact car I wanted and didn't take any time to decide. Cash dea disorganized and negligent staff. Took 3 hours from start to finish and I knew the exact car I wanted and didn't take any time to decide. Cash deal with no trade-in, and it took 3 hours on a Thursday evening. Plus 30 minutes the next day when I dropped off the cashier's check. Worst part was they tried slapping a $700 fee for interior and exterior surface treatment. That's like a $40 value, max. They say "it's already installed", "we can't uninstall it", "we do this to all of our cars", and "we can't take off the fee." Well, this scam is called tied buying and it's ILLEGAL. They did take off the fee after I asked for the fifth time. For a no-haggle car dealership they certainly laid on the sleaze thick. There's more, but I'll leave out all the other minor annoyances. Do I like the car I bought so far? Yes. Do I like the price I got? Yes. But the dealership did its best to make me loath the process. More
