I had an appointment for a service and oil change. When I showed up the service advisor helping me said he couldn’t find my appt. and I told him I knew I made an appt. If only the first advisor would have said that instead of insisting I had no appt. She made a bad situation to a positive one very simple, nicely and quickly. For such a basic service to have done to my vehicle, as I wait, I was in and out the fastest I had ever been before when taking my Touareg in for a service and/or oil change. Other VW dealerships I would have waited 2-3 hrs. I have been to your dealership before, but dropped my vehicle off for the day to have it serviced. BIG KUDDOS TO CALYSTA JOHNSON!!! More
