Everything went well and fast. I was only disappointed that I had to spend over $50 in uber because VW wouldn't drive or pick u up over 10 miles which is disappointing knowing that VW is more than able to afford that to customers. Other than that everything went well.

They tried to communicate with me as much as they can The repair was very good.

The buying process was easy and smooth. The vehicle did have an open recall on it, but they offered to take care of it in house & delivered the vehicle to us once it was done, which was great! Justin even made sure we were taken care of & went above and beyond managing our delivery on his day off. We were very happy with everything & love our new vehicle!
