I drove 45 minutes to look at a car on the lot, and Isiah made sure he was available and had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Commun made sure he was available and had the car ready for a test drive as soon as I arrived. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, and the team at Emich was accommodating without making me feel like I had to haggle or go back and forth. They listened to what I needed and did what they could to make the deal work and get me into the car I wanted. Overall, great customer service and a great car-buying experience. Definitely worth the drive, and I would absolutely recommend Isiah and the team at Emich! More
