I cannot say enough good things about Jack, Tyler, - ccyrusohmc
I cannot say enough good things about Jack, Tyler, Johnathan, and Nadia. My experience purchasing a new GLC 300 for my wife was nothing short of outstanding, and I am genuinely grateful for the way this entire team treated us from start to finish.
The experience began with Nadia in Internet Sales, and she did a phenomenal job. She made me feel comfortable, answered my questions, and built enough confidence in the vehicle and the dealership that I wanted to come in and experience the GLC 300 for myself. That initial interaction set the tone for everything that followed.
Once I arrived, Jack and Tyler in Sales made the entire process feel effortless. Both were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. There was no unnecessary pressure, no games, and none of the typical frustrations that can come with buying a car. They made what can often be an exhausting process feel seamless from beginning to end.
Johnathan in Finance deserves special recognition as well. He was professional, understanding, and respectful of our needs and our position with this transaction. I particularly appreciated that he understood where we were coming from and respected our decisions without pushing additional products we had already decided weren’t right for us. That level of consideration goes a long way. He made the final part of the process just as enjoyable as the beginning.
What makes this experience even more impressive is the deal itself. I know we negotiated an exceptional deal, and I recognize that this may not have been the most profitable transaction for the dealership. Yet, at no point did I feel like anything less than a valued customer. Quite the opposite. This team rolled out the red carpet and delivered a level of service that far exceeded my expectations.
I’ve been a BMW guy my entire life. I’ve always gravitated toward BMW, and I went into this experience with that background and those expectations. After the way this team treated us, I can honestly say that Mercedes-Benz has converted me. The vehicle is fantastic, but the people and the experience are what truly set this purchase apart.
It is easy to provide great service when a customer is spending a fortune and the deal is highly profitable. What impressed me most was that this team delivered the same exceptional experience even when we secured a fantastic deal. They never made us feel like we were asking for too much, never made the process uncomfortable, and never allowed the business side of the transaction to overshadow the customer experience.
I am very grateful to Nadia for getting the process started, Jack and Tyler for making the sales experience so smooth, and Johnathan for handling the finance process with such professionalism and respect. Every single one of them contributed to an experience that genuinely stood out.
If you’re considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, do yourself a favor and work with this team. They earned my trust, my appreciation, and my future business. I walked in as a lifelong BMW guy and walked away thoroughly impressed with Mercedes-Benz and the people representing the brand.
Thank you, Nadia, Jack, Tyler, and Johnathan. You made purchasing my wife’s new GLC 300 an absolute pleasure, and I cannot thank you enough for the outstanding experience. You have set the bar exceptionally high for every vehicle purchase that comes after this one!
Five stars without hesitation. This is how buying a car should be.
