There was some slight denting on one of the doors between the pictures online and when I flew in but the dealership agreed to pay for most of the PDR. IT'S LIKE THE DENTS WERE NEVER THERE NOW, NOT EVEN A SCRATCH! I would highly recommend this dealership and the staff!

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.
