I think the dealership is good and worth recommending. I was disappointed that I was told a car was sold when it was actually available (so had to make another trip), there was an attachment to the car I I was disappointed that I was told a car was sold when it was actually available (so had to make another trip), there was an attachment to the car I had to make another trip extra trip to retrieve after buying the car, and there was little to no instruction on what the follow up was for the government documentation. Also weren’t that flexible on pricing, and their extended service contract was not competitively priced and they weren’t able to describe it in much detail. But at the end of the day, the car was great and well described. More

Overall I had a great experience with Apple Leasing Returns. I would highly recommend anyone coming here to use Rosa as their sales rep. Rosa was very kind and professional. We will definitely be coming back when it’s time for another vehicle. The only negative thing I can say is more of an opinion on the dealership policies. When I test drove the vehicle, the tank was pretty much empty with the fuel light on. After finishing the paper work I asked if the dealership could make sure the tank was full when I came to pick the car up…. Unfortunately their policy is they can only fill up to $30 of gas. Kind of silly to me that they wouldn’t even give you a full tank of gas after purchasing a 70K plus car. When I came to pick up the car it had a little over 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. Not a huge deal but enough to question why. I am very appreciative of Rosa doing her best to help us out despite this policy. As far as customer relations and repeat customers, I think that this is just a small courtesy that goes a long way and it’s something this dealership should consider. More
