Now for the details: I've bought many cars in my long life but never, ever considered buying one over the internet without driving it in person. However, I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and couldn't find it locally, so I expanded my internet search to surrounding states, thinking I could drive a few hundred miles if I found the right car. Honestly, I pray about everything and prayed for leading to find the right car. In the end, I was confident enough with Mike to have the car shipped. A purchase this big is huge for my nervous-nilly self even when I do it in person, but when this listing popped up in my search and was pretty much the perfect vehicle for me, I read every review on Apple Lease Returns I could find, scoped them out on BBB, studied their website and learned they've been around for some time, and more. Then, I sent the email and Mike responded almost immediately. (I checked him out on FB, too!) Over the course of days, while I fretted and prayed, he kindly, patiently, answer every single question. When he didn't know the answer, he found out for me. He even sent me the Carfax, and then he dug into it deeper to give me more details about the previous ownership when I asked. When I said yes to the deal, he walked me through all the steps of buying a car long-distance, the payment situation, everything. I'm a detail person so I probably drove him crazy. Then, he set up the transport to bring the car to me 8 hours away. I understood it could take a few days, but to my delight, the car arrived the next evening late. The driver was very professional, courteous, thorough, and had taken great care of my vehicle. The car is exactly what Mike promised it would be. We are very happy customers today and will recommend him to family when they are in the market for a vehicle. I hope I never have to buy another car, but if I do, I'm checking with Mike and Apple Lease Returns first! More
