Just bought my new truck from Five Star Ford Lewisville and the experience was hands down the most reputable dealership experience I've ever had. After visiting and speaking with multiple other dealerships in the DFW area, none of them showed me the right truck the way Five Star Ford did. Big shoutout to my salesperson Alex Ruiz — he genuinely listened to what I was looking for and put me on the right truck. No pushing me toward something just to make a sale, no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need, just an honest effort to find the truck that actually fit what I was looking for. A big thank you to Jackson Velasquez who was also great to work with throughout the process. As well as Jacob Freeman who helped make the deal happen. The whole experience was professional from start to finish. No weird feelings, no high-pressure tactics, no games. They respected what I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. I felt like a valued customer the entire time, not a number on a sales sheet. If you're truck shopping in DFW, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex Ruiz at Five Star Ford Lewisville. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.

It is my one-star review from yesterday, August 4, 2026. I have attempted to correct the prior review but have been unsuccessful. I truly justified in my feelings after so long a relationship to have been dealt with like a big-city dealership. The wife and I went to swallow my pride, pay the $200 for my 2 cents worth, pick up my truck and live with it. I walked into EAG Service department ready to have the lesson over with this "new" dealership. I was asked to wait to speak to EAG management when the Bill McRae Ford walked up to me and made it all fair and square. Like they have a hundred times over the years, for three generations of my family. She made it 100% good today and in the future. It is my opinion that EAG has had a few growing pains since McRae closed/moved, but the level of hometown pride is certainly back. I was treated like I was the most important customer they have (McRae again) and any "issues" were immediately rectified just like it used to be. I never had any issue with Sales; they made it easy for me and are top-notch. Now it is clear to me that Service of old is back and I am sold. They turned me 180 degrees so quick it was impressive. And refreshing in these days and times.
