Farle was extremely knowledgeable, articulate, caring and willing to listen to about my situation, considered my limitations, as well as my ability to meet the requirements of the possibility of getting a car. Because of Farle’s thorough understanding my whole situation, he worked in such a way as to make it all work out within that day! He truly was a godsend and an extremely helpful professional to which I am truly appreciative. And when I drove off the lot, I hadn’t gone, but a few miles and the engine light came on. I texted Farle. and he told me to come right back. He would make sure the service technician Wade, (who was an absolute godsend and coordinating all of this with Farle) to make the experience even more exceptional! They took care of everything to assuage my concerns, possible fears, and made sure that I was taken care of. I came back today, 19 September because a part had to be ordered, and Jeff explained to me when they had finished examining the car yesterday the 18th, what was wrong that I would have to come back because the part had to be ordered. I came back today the 19th. There was another Mechanic it wasn’t Jeffrey, but there was someone else and I did not get his name. He was extremely kind told me that they would take care of it and they would get me out as soon as possible. An hour or so later he came in (that same technician) and said you’re good to go. Keys are in the car. I thanked him got in my car and it is running beautifully! This was a wonderful experience, and I am so appreciative of Wade, Farle, Jeff, and the technician that I saw on the 19th for the wonderful consideration, care and professionalism that was shown to me. My car buying experience was great. I accomplished what I set out to do which was buy a car and do so primarily over the phone so I was not subjected to normal dealerships tactics and spending 6 hours at the dealership going back and forth. The salesman (David M.) was fantastic and fought for me not against me. Super professional and attentive to my requests. With everything completed I got a phone call things were approved and ready and upon arrival I was in and out in less than one hour which was great. Highly recommend David and the staff.

I have always tried to avoid dealerships because of their reputation but my car had a couple of recalls that needed to be addressed so I went to Platinum Ford. They were FABULOUS and Dorian was great. While it was there I had them change the oil and they rotated the tires and even washed the outside. I had mentioned that I thought my transmission was going out and they said it would be about $199 to diagnose and asked me what was happening. We went on a test drive and naturally it didn't "clunk". We came back and Dorian opened the hood and saw that there was some type of hose that had been disconnected from a previous service from someone in Forney. He reconnected it and made sure it was tight and said he thought that might be the problem and suggested I drive it for a bit and see if it happens again. He could have easily taken my money for a diagnostic. Good news, it has been fine so far and they will have my business for their honesty. If and when the transmission goes out, will definitely go there and will be going there for all my future oil changes and needs.

Let's start with the buying process. I was at this run-down dealership for almost 5 hours buying my truck. Having sold cars for a couple of years I know this was waaaaaaay too long. My salesperson wasn't knowledgeable at all. When we couldn't come to terms on the truck I was on my way out, starting up my vehicle when they waived me back inside. Turns out the could make the deal I wanted. I went through finance (also very unprofessional), signed all of my paperwork and about 2hrs later I was driving home. About a week later I got a call from Will (sales manager) saying I would have to give them an additional $200 down and buy a warranty that would increase my payments by about $20 a month. Having sold cars I know that my deal had been sitting in the finance office for a week trying to find a lender to purchase it at the terms we agreed on. When they couldn't find one that wouldn't take some of their profit away to take the deal they called me to "sweeten" it for them so they could at least make some money on the back end in finance. The sales "manager" Will was very confronational with me when I let him know I knew my rights and knew what was going on. This dealership is a run-down piece of junk and their "sales" staff is a joke, their finance department is an un-organized joke. I wouldn't recommend giving this place your business unless you're ready to be jerked around and lied to. This place is a joke.

I went to Metro Ford to purchase a 2012 Dodge Durango. I'd informed them prior to me going to the dealership that I will be purchasing the vehicle through my credit union. sales rep name Laverne told me that when I came down it would take no longer than 5 minutes to get me a bill of sale however when I got there they gave me some line about taking the ad for the car to my credit union and that they would fax over the bill of sale to them.I could not understand why they would not provide me with a copy of the bill of sale unless they planned to change some things in the originally negotiated price. If you are in the market to purchase a vehicle do not go there.

A huge shoutout to my amazing saleswoman Laporsha she was patient, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole process feel easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The finance managers, Drew and Azhar, were equally fantastic. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the best deal possible without any pressure or surprises. I had the opportunity to work with Drew at Audi Dallas last year and he continues to be equally as friendly, knowledgeable and overall great experience. During this transaction I worked more with Azhar, and he was equally amazing! Very detailed, and takes his time to explain all of the numbers in Finance and helps you add additional coverages like an extended warranty and GAP, but most importantly he’s very straight forward about the coverages, provides a great price for them and really is interested in what is best for the customer. Lastly, I want to thank Sam, the sales manager, for running such a professional and friendly team. Sam and stepped in and made sure I had the best deal possible. Sam did not make me feel pressure, and truly also cared about what made me as a customer happy. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a priority here, and it really shows in how they do business. I’m very happy to see this family owned dealership here in our small town of Fate, Texas. They are truly the definition of Southern Hospitality in a car dealership form.
