It could be so much more efficient, A great reminder to me how much I hate having extra "adds" make the process be 25% more than an advertised price. Adds that are already done, and you gotta pay for them whether you want to or not. Not sure I'll do a dealer again for my next vehicle, I'd rather take my chances with a regular citizen than the games these businesses all play. Gave then 3 stars because I'm pretty sure they are all like this, and always have been. More
