Friendly, fast. Pretty patient. The vehicle is very nice. Our salesman, Christian, was very nice on knowledgeable on Ridgelines.
I was led to believe that as a prior lease vehicle the former lease was required to bring vehicle to dealership for service. I also was told that detailed service records would not be available until the next business day but I was given a Carfax with no service records prior to 16,000 miles. I should have waited. The next week I was told there were no other service records. I would not have pursued the purchase had I known that. Schaumburg Honda did offer a free oil change but my local Honda dealership, Napleton, also offered me a free oil change and tire rotation so I went there instead.
I am also still waiting to hear from American Honda finance to be able to set up the account and payment arrangements.
I think this review sounds more negative than I feel. There is really only those two issues but to be fair, I would have passed on this vehicle if I had known it had not received the proper service while it was leased.
