The dealership as a whole has been pleasant, I am still confused about the communication. It seems there are too many AI bots asking both text and email about the experience. Terrible. Made an appt for a 915 got there at 840 was told be done by 1030am after being told my tire needs to be replaced. I then sat there and watch everyone come and go including 2 others there for the same service as me and arriving after me. I was updated once at 113Oam that my tire is being put on shouldnt be long (as I was told I would be done at 1030am) At 1205 gentleman named Alex come up to me and ask how it was going. I explained I have been here for a tire replacement at 840am and now going on a 3 in half hours of waiting. Alex went and checked on my car he came back apologize for my wait and assured me I would be next out. Jason came and got me at 1230 checked me out and said my car is being washed as we speak and have a seat in the garage area as it will be pulled up. Insat there for another 30 min and my car looked like it had not even been washed maybe rinsed. I have to say this I have heard negative feedback about this location prior but gave it a chance and I should of just listened and even though its an inconvenience to travel to xx charles location going forward that what I will be doing. More
