Dakota helped me lease 2026 Honda accord hybred. Was excellent experience. I got the car at the end of June and Dakota still calls me every few weeks to see if I still like the car and if I have any questions or need any service. I really like the car. 47 mph.

I was searching across several states for a very specific - DFEES33

I was searching across several states for a very specific 2026 Honda Passport Transport Elite - Ash Green Metallic with Brown interior - and Luis Delgado at Honda on Grand made the entire process remarkably easy. I was purchasing from out of state, so clear communication and accurate numbers mattered. Luis was responsive, straightforward and patient from the first conversation through delivery. He provided the VIN, pricing and buyer's order in advance, held the vehicle for me with a deposit, kept me updated when it arrived, and there were no surprises in the agreed selling price when I got to Elmhurst. I flew into Chicago, took the train to Elmhurst, and drove home in exactly the vehicle I had been searching for. After dealing with a lot of dealerships during this search, I especially appreciated Luis's no-pressure approach and willingness to simply answer questions directly. I would absolutely recommend Luis and Honda on Grand to anyone shopping for a Honda.

I had a great experience purchasing my car! - slyrod312

I had a great experience purchasing my car! Travell G. was incredibly personable, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and I appreciate how he created a video showing me exactly what I was looking for. His positive attitude and genuine care made buying a car an enjoyable experience. And even though I traveled from the city (Chicago) to Schamburg to make this purchase I'd do it again and recommend anyone interested in purchasing a car to do so too. I also worked with Mario in finance. I appreciate his professionalism, patience and input in helping me. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my financing options. Thank you to both for making what can sometimes be a stressful process feel easy and smooth.
