My purchase experience was very good. They provided a very good price on their car, with only a little haggling and comparison shopping with Costco auto buying service. They have a very good selection of cars. Their employees were nice and very helpful, providing me with a test drive and explaining the various car features. They of course did try to sell me additional services and options, some of which I did agree to. But they were not pushy about it. Just gentle nudging and backed off when I said I did not want a particular service or option. More
