I worked with Casey Saad, and he was great throughout the process. He listened to what I was looking for, set up a test drive, explained the car clearly, and helped me through the deal from start to finish. He even helped me move my things from my old car into the new one! This may be the first time I have had a truly positive experience with a dealership. He was transparent about the add-ons and honest with his recommendations and thoughts about the accessories, which was a refreshing change from the sales experiences I’ve had in the past at other dealerships. Stephanie went over paperwork with me and she took the extra time to thoroughly answer my questions give me details about the things I didn’t understand. After signing all the paperwork, Dominic brought me to the car and took his time explaining some of the cool and unique features about the car. And he didn’t make me feel rushed or silly when I asked a million questions about all the buttons in and functions of the car. I could tell he genuinely cared about me being comfortable and confident with the purchase. And the relationship didn’t end after I left the dealership. Dominic actually reached out a few days later to check in and see how things were going with the car, which is outstanding customer service in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and I highly suggest requesting Dominic when you get there. Great experience overall! More
