As a veteran, I appreciate things being straightforward - Mqsmith30

As a veteran, I appreciate things being straightforward and simple, especially when buying a vehicle. Charles and Matt delivered exactly that. This was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. The negotiation felt fair, and I walked away feeling like both sides got a good deal. Most importantly, I left with a truck I feel confident in and love driving. I’ve been to plenty of dealerships, but this experience stood out because of how Charles and Matt treated me throughout the process. I encourage fellow veterans and anyone looking for a vehicle to check out this dealership and work with Charles, Matt, and their team. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!

After several days of shopping for the right vehicle for - Maddbakerca

After several days of shopping for the right vehicle for my family, I was ready to give up. I decided to give DuPage CDJR one last chance before throwing in the towel, and I am so glad I did. If you’re looking for a vehicle and want to avoid the typical dealership runaround, stop here first and ask for Xavier. He went the extra mile to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, and his outstanding customer service didn’t end when I drove off the lot. Less than a week after purchasing my new Jeep, I was sideswiped by a semi-truck while driving on the highway. I was stranded and unsure what to do, so I called Xavier. He immediately helped guide me through the process and made sure my vehicle was taken to the dealership best equipped to handle the repairs. If he didn’t have an answer, he found one. It’s incredibly rare to find a dealership that continues to take care of its customers after the sale, but that’s exactly what I experienced at DuPage CDJR. I can’t say enough about how grateful I am to Xavier and the entire team for making what is often a stressful experience such a positive one. They truly earned my trust, and I would recommend DuPage CDJR to anyone looking for a vehicle and exceptional customer service. Five stars!

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! - Andrew P.

The staff at Fields JDCR are top notch! The purchase experience for my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from start to finish was stress free. Fields does not utilize shady, deceptive, and unscrupulous tactics that other dealers use. I truly felt that sales consultant Keyon had my needs and interests in mind. I cannot recommend these guys enough! Thanks to everyone involved in the transaction!
