I received delivery of my brand new jeep at night. Noticed the next day that there were many defects in the metal on the doors that looked from the factory. It made the doors look noticeably wavy like Noticed the next day that there were many defects in the metal on the doors that looked from the factory. It made the doors look noticeably wavy like small dents. I immediately let my sales rep and the service dept known. Took it in for inspection they made a whole report, had a pdr specialist come, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. I couldn't take that for an answer so they told me they would file a claim with stellantis and put on a front that they would go to bat for me about this. I haven't heard back from anyone in a year. Unfortunately I'm stuck with a beat up car. Thank God it's a lease. More
