I want to share an Extremely BAD Experience I had with Milnes Ford on Friday, February 20, 2026. I drove 1.5hrs to test drive (& buy) a used Ford Fusion Hybrid. I LOVED the car & made an offer $150 less than $ales Price + On-Line Coupon. The Sales Manager, David Thompson, rejected offer. So, I counter for an increase of $75. My counteroffer was also rejected. It was end of day and would check back on Saturday. To My Surprise, Sales Mgr (Mr Thompson) INCREASED the sales price by $700 !!! I will NEVER but from Milnes Ford ... They lost a sale and they Lost a Customer for LIFE. I've share this experience with my friends and family ... Penny Wise and Dollar FOOLISH !!!

I'm a proud owner of a 2026 F-150 Lariat, which was 14 months in coming. After being hit and rolling my 2013 F-150 in April 2025, I ordered a 2025 in May, 3 more F-150 orders later my F-150 finally can in. While many would blame the dealer, this was Fords fault and I can only thank LaFontaine for what they did to get me the truck I wanted. I appreciate what my three salespeople did for me for the 14 months I waited. Two left the dealership for other positions, but my thanks really goes to my sales manager Peter. He was there for me all the way and probably a few times wanted to run away when he saw me coming in. Two weeks in with my new truck and I'm veery happy with the truck and with LaFontaine Ford. A shout out to Gabe, my service manager, and I'll be seeing you as I bring my truck in for its normal maintenance. Again, my thanks to all a LaFontaine and I'll be spreading the word to those I know looking for a new vehicle.

Multi point inspection NOT DONE - TO TRUSTING

UPDATE Im on SSD from 2 back surgery's and 3 neck surgery's I finally saved enough money to get the AC checked as it did not work. I bought it in December so I could not tell. And they told me the AC works, As it went threw our multi point inspection. I all ready had to have the front struts and rear autoride shocks and upper and lower ball joints Repaired. As the steering wheel would shack An this cost me $1100.00 for that repair. Which I was told was all inspected and in working order. Now the repair shop called and said the rear AC albumin line has a hole in it and there is no Freon in the system. And the repair will be $1248.00 DO NOT TRUST ANY ONE AT THIS DEALER THEY WILL SAY ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO BUY A VEHICLE FROM THEM. And dont buy there extended warranty as they would not cover this as they said it was a preexisting problem just like the suspension
