I recently purchased a truck from City Ford and had an excellent experience working with Brendolyn throughout the process. From the very beginning, she was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I had questions, she either provided an answer right away or took the time to dig deeper and find the information I was looking for. She even went the extra mile by contacting other Ford dealerships to try to obtain previous service records so I could better understand the vehicle's history. One thing I especially appreciated was that there was never any pressure or sales tactics. Brendolyn was professional, patient, and focused on helping me make an informed decision rather than pushing me into a purchase. Since I was buying a used truck, I had several questions about the drivetrain, engine, and transmission. Instead of brushing those concerns aside, she coordinated with the service team and had one of the mechanics come out and speak with me directly about the vehicle, its condition, and what I could realistically expect moving forward. That level of transparency and customer service gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. Overall, I was very pleased with how I was treated and with the effort Brendolyn put into making sure I had the information I needed. If you're looking for a salesperson who is responsive, honest, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers, I highly recommend.

While travelling from South Bend, IN to Indianapolis, IN for business, the left turn signal on my F150 began blinking erratically. Just north of Plymouth, IN I noticed a Ford dealership sign, so I stopped at the dealership and met with Mike Friar, a service advisor. He said he thought the issue was a burned out tail light bulb and had me pull into the service area. Mike and a mechanic removed the tail light assembly, which took about 15 minutes, and replaced the bulb which remedied the issue. When I asked how much I owed, Mike said he was happy to help me and there was no charge. As I drove away from the dealership, I thought about all of the doom and gloom we're subjected to through media and social outlets, and I realized we are surrounded by wonderful people like Mike and the mechanic. Oliver Ford is truly blessed to have employees like Mike and his mechanic.

I have gotten great service from this dealership. This is the first time I have brought my Jeep Gladiator in for service at Fieldhouse CDJR. Service writer Matt Peo was able to pull up everything maintenance wise related to my Jeep and all Warranty items available from my original purchase. Complete inspection and tire rotation done at a reasonable price. Due to the friendly atmosphere I choose Fieldhouse and Matt Peo to insure proper maintenance. I would rate them 10 out of 5 stars. Let me start by saying that I don’t typically like anything about buying a car, but Kerlin Motor Company has changed my mind about that. I can’t say enough good things about Curt and Aimee at Kerlin. I found the Explorer that I was interested in online. I would have to travel over 80 miles to get to Kerlin so I had a lot of questions. Aimee, my sales person, continued answering my questions even after the dealership closed. She also sent me a video and extra pictures to help me decide. Once I made it to the dealership, I purchased my new car, traded my old car and was in and out in an hour and a half (and that included the test drive)! Curt, the business manager, is a straight shooter who gave me a more than fair amount for my trade and got a great rate for me from the bank. I highly recommend Kerlin Motor Company and would definitely make the trip again for my next vehicle.

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!
