A horrible experience, I was not told the truth when asked if there were problems with the vehicle. The same day I bought it I had problems that night, I sent a message the next day sine it was the week asked if there were problems with the vehicle. The same day I bought it I had problems that night, I sent a message the next day sine it was the weekend and they weren’t open, & then was told it would be $1500 to fix the issue, & ‘they would consider helping me if I made the bad review go away’. I bought a used vehicle, I’ve had a HORRIBLE experience with AWFUL customer service. After test driving a few SUVs, I test drove the one I ended up buying. It was the only one running when they brought it with AWFUL customer service. After test driving a few SUVs, I test drove the one I ended up buying. It was the only one running when they brought it up. Turns out EACH AND EVERY time you start the vehicle, an emergency braking warning light comes on & you have to PHYSICALLY go in & turn the front emergency brake system every time. So I take the vehicle in after making an APPOINTMENT for 7:30am, my vehicle wasn’t TOUCHED yesterday, the guy said maybe today. I have no loaner, no way to do anything, I bought a vehicle so I had one & I don’t. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever! More

This is more of a review for Graff as a company. My wife is being charged a diagnosis fee of $200 for an issue that has a documented service bulletins from the manufacturer. This is something tha My wife is being charged a diagnosis fee of $200 for an issue that has a documented service bulletins from the manufacturer. This is something that I would expect the former owners of the dealership to do, but not Graff. We will never use Graff for service or to purchase a vehicle again. More
