Very sorry to see just how far the service dept has Fallon over the years, It seems that everyone is very disorganized and is almost afraid to interact with the customer too much. I guess that I was used to the old Jordon days when people seemed to want to help you. It's hard to even get them to answer when you try and call them. Had a service to my 2025 f-150 . they used to rotate the tires and wash it. no more does that happen. so sad how things have gone there. More
