Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.

My mom Jackie Gropman, decided that she want to give up driving and sell her 2017 Toyota Prius. To the dealer that she and my dad bought it from. I took the car to your dealership. Turner tested drove the car and gave me a written appraisal. I explained the situation about my dad. Turner was able to conduct the sales transaction at the place where my parents live. It was a challenging situation and Turner was able to handle it. The sales transaction took place on March 18 and my mom received the check on March 20 and was able to deposit it her bank account. On a scale of 1-10. I would give Turner a 10 with 10 begin the best.

We went as we were looking at options to buy a Prius. At the dealership, we came to know they are not selling this model because of some recall. Beyond that, no one was interested in even giving us any information. After some wait we were told to talk to Omar as he knows all about Prius. But it seemed like he didn't know the difference between the Prius models and kept referring to an online portal. He appeared not to be hearing us and was just trying to sell us other models which they had in stock even after we had told him what we were looking for. And when we asked him to give us the buy-back value for our present Prius, he brushed us off with some logic that did not make sense.

I purchased a used car from them on 9/27/24. It was easy. They stayed open late for me to make the purchase and worked with me on the down payment. Once my insurance money came in the following Wednesday, I went to dealership directly and gave them the money. Fast forward to today 11/4/24, I am riding around on expired temporary tags because I have yet to receive the actual tags from dealership that I've been told were sent next day on Thursday 10/31. I NEED MY PLATES YESTERDAY!
