I have had my X5 (and also a X1) serviced a number of times at BMW of Towson. We have always had a great experience there. Christopher has usually been the service writer for us, but we had others (James and Marty)as well. They have all been excellent. The service provided has all been done with exactness and we appreciate the video provided by the tech doing the service. I’m now considering the purchase of a new or CPO BMW and will use BMW of Towson as my dealer.

Without a doubt the worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. They sold me a car that shouldn’t have passed state inspection with a hole in the muffler and a frozen brake caliper. The GM refused to take my calls. Several voicemails went unanswered. Stay far away from this dealership! They rip hard working people off and basically laugh in your face. I have bought many, many cars, and this was the worst, and it’s not even close. There are tons of good dealerships out there that will do the right thing, this isn’t one of them.
