Dennis did such an amazing job handling my purchase yesterday. Literally inquired about the vehicle Friday around noon and was there at the dealership purchasing that evening. He made the transaction so smooth, never felt pressured at all. Prior to arriving, he had confirmed the vehicle was there by personally walking out to the lot and taking a photo. I told him I didn’t want to drive an hour out for the car to be gone when I got there. After confirming the vehicle was out there I got a surprised text a few hours later, Dennis had went back out and recorded a personalized video giving me a whole tour of the exterior and interior of the car without me asking! I thought was so nice! When I got there he had pulled the car into the outdoor showroom ready for my test drive. He explained the vehicle very detailed, showed me all the tech stuff that came with the car. As soon as we got back, we talked financing and everything and was on my way home with a new car in a couple hours. I would definitely recommend purchasing with Dennis if you’re on the market for a new car!

We arrived right as the dealership opened on Sunday morning and were warmly greeted by Dean Reyes. We told him we had noticed the large inventory of ID4s online and wanted to better understand the different trims. Dean walked us through the key differences between the S, Pro, and xxxxxxmodels, as well as AWD versus RWD. He even had a full listing of every available car, which helped us quickly narrow down the trim, color, and mileage we were looking for. Within 30 minutes, Dean had us out on a test drive. Back at the dealership, he made the trade-in process smooth and straightforward. In less than three hours from the time we arrived, we were driving home in our dream “new to us” ID4 xxxxxxAWD—the exact trim and even the color we had hoped for! Farouk Khemakhem - and his cool digital desktop display of the myriad documents made the business end smooth and efficient. We appreciate that! And the team did a terrific job getting the final detailing/cleaning making this feel exactly like a new car to us. Kudos to Dean Reyes for making the whole experience easy, efficient, and enjoyable. Can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience at Jim Coleman. They were polite and easy to deal with. Luis Cortes showed me quite a few Rav 4’s but they didn’t have a silver one so he drove 60 miles to another dealership to get me the car I wanted. Even weeks after when I had some questions, they were very helpful. I drove from Harford County to Bethesda to buy my car and it was worth it.
