I’ve never experienced treatment this unprofessional from any business. When I recognized that Frank in service was too frazzled to handle the call, I politely said I’d reach out another time. He then called me back—unprompted—just to swear at me repeatedly and end the call with “F*** you.” What’s worse is that upper management has not responded to any of my emails. The silence suggests that this behavior is either ignored or tolerated, which is extremely concerning.

Since purchasing the vehicle in 2024 service experiences have been very disappointing. The service managers and service technicians have all been very nice and accommodating but the dealership experience is not good. I have numerous times had to wait lengthy (4+) hours while my car is worked on. Waiting area for Lincoln is a concrete prison cell so I use the Ford waiting room. Car wash never offered. Most disappointing: NO LOANER CARS! Lincoln is supposed to be a luxury dealership. In contrast we also have a Lexus and that dealership goes out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

I want to preface by saying, Brad seemed like a wonderful salesman. However, this dealership will never have my business. I had made an appointment to try out an explorer that had just come in. The price was reasonable, a little lower than the ones I had been looking at but still in the ball park. I tried it, liked it, went into the office to make a deal, when I was informed the price online was inaccurate. Okay, mistakes happen, that’s fine. The correct price was $13k MORE than the online price. Way out of my budget. They told me it was $41k but they’d give me a “deal” and it would be $39,900. Still not going to work for me. They tried to sell me on a lease which I wasn’t interested in, as well as sell me on another car that didn’t have the features I needed. I walked away frustrated at the fact I wasted my own time because of a clerical error that should’ve been checked when the appointment was made. The real kicker is, when I went to check on it again the following day, they had it priced at the “deal” they tried to give me. So, they tried to pretend it was $2,000 more than what they were actually pricing it at, and then try to sell it to me like I’m making out well on it. Disgusting and slimy behavior. Good luck to them trying to sell a car for $5,000 over the going rate. And only $6,000 less than a brand new, off the lot explorer. Stay far, far away. Do your research and know what the cars you’re looking at go for because they will try to rip you off. Lastly, women that go car shopping alone, don’t let these xxxxxxxx try to push you around.

So I had a great experience with Brian ,bought my truck on Friday..then here comes the problem. I gave Patrick a check ,and he promised to wait till I transferred money into my checking account and wrote out the check,,trusted him that he would wait then I woke up today to the check being cashed..Well that ruined my day..So instead of putting up my Christmas decorations,,I was running around Tommy bank, then my card was turned down at the Acme.. Gave them whatever cash I had.to pay for groceries. My blood pressure was out of control today. All I wanted was a nice experience ND to be excited about my new Bronco ,but instead it turned into a nightmare for me..I will say they are trying to fix it ,but it should have never happened in the first place..im sooo miserable today.took all the fun out of having and buying a new car.

Ron Haines was personable, knowledgeable and honest the entire transaction. We were in and out in around 3 hours and left with a great deal and my husband’s dream car. Dealer is the rudest, most unfriendly dealership I have ever visited. I walk into the showroom often, either headed to parts or service counter, and the sales people NEVER greet or acknowledge me. Strike One. This past month I went in to shop for a new car. I sat in the car for 5 minutes in the driver seat, then switched the rear seat, passenger seat and then walked around the car. I was in the showroom for a good 15 minutes and NEVER ONCE acknowledged!! It wasn't until I was halfway out the door that someone noticed me. Strike Two. I was shopping on the Ford home website and after requesting my information, it captured my contact info and directed it the very dealer I had a bad experience in. Ok, I figured lets see what happened...i really wanted to buy a car and have purchased from here before, so maybe they can turn the experience around. The contact experience from their internet coordinator was infrequent and poor. All canned responses and not very responsive. After a week, finally I made an appointment to drive a car. Yes, an appointment to go back. When I arrived, I had to look around and find a saleman, they were all too busy chatting in the "booth", something I witness everytime I am in there. The assigned salesman finally greeted me. After I introduced myself, he proceeded to tell me that the car I was scheduled to drive had been sold. That was my greeting; "Here is the car you CANT drive". I had to ask if they had SOMETHING I could drive. After 15 minutes, he located something. I drove it, it was nice. To this day, NO ONE FOLLOWED UP. Strike Three. I just bought a new car elsewhere. They really need new management there.
