I’ve never experienced treatment this unprofessional from any business. When I recognized that Frank in service was too frazzled to handle the call, I politely said I’d reach out another time. He then called me back—unprompted—just to swear at me repeatedly and end the call with “F*** you.” What’s worse is that upper management has not responded to any of my emails. Terrible experience and would never recommend them. My car is a brand new 2024 Corsair with severe ratting issues and front dash speaker issues and no reception, in a metro area. The Service Department has repeatedly tried to address the issues and yet same issues still come back with new ones. I have begged them to take it back and put me in any other car but a Lincoln. It is possible, but for 17k. With 2400 miles on it, basically brand new car, I have to pay 17k which is blatantly a statement of what the value of this car is, IMMEDIATE DEPRICIATION. Maybe because I am a woman and naive? I could not be more frustrated with this dealership and the owner. Go elsewhere and I would not buy a Lincoln. More
