Be careful..........This dealership is a "BAIT AND SWITCH". A 2021 Lincoln Corsair Reserve was advertised on CarGurus as 45,901.00 with 1,250 miles. When I got there the car was not there for me to SWITCH". A 2021 Lincoln Corsair Reserve was advertised on CarGurus as 45,901.00 with 1,250 miles. When I got there the car was not there for me to see (I never gave my cell phone, so not the salesperson fault). However I got an email that said it was 47,000! I questioned the price that was advertised and still went to see it. The car was not there! Had them run my credit for the loan and then got an email that the car now had 3,400 miles on it and that they were not willing to give me a "USED CAR" price and it was still 47,020 as this was the deal as this was the car and the color that I wanted. I emailed them with a final offer of 46,500 or I was going to go look at the BMW, Cadillac and Mercedes to please give me an email back and I never heard back from them. I ended up buying a 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 for 45,900! This deanship did me a favor as I wasn't willing to deal with their xxxxxxxx! BUYER BEWARE...........I would never shop or recommend Pacifico dealership to anyone. Keep looking.......my Mercedes is amazing.........This dealership SUCKS!!!!!!! BUYER BEWARE..........THEY ARE A BAIT AND SWITCH........WITH THEIR PRICING AND MILEAGE! More
Purchase a née F250 and air conditioner went bad at 30 months on a 36 month warranty but the truck was 1000 miles over the limit so they charged us over 1700.00 dollar’s to fix it. Absolute xx. Al and Finance Dept pulled a fast one. My spouse and I buying a late model suv was supposed to be my car. My credit blocked due to that Experian hack. Gave me phone # and I unblocked. Then gave me bad Transunion # was wrong number for reports only now I’ve pd for 3 reports trying to get to the rep. Showed them Transunion score thru credit Karma and said if not good enuf I’ll look up number. They said don’t worry about it it’s fine. Never told me that when we came back for prepped car and sign papers my name was removed and fast tracked paper wirk ssid can’t undo to add my name (I pd down payment) and now loan and future title will not have my name. So if something happens it’s extra BS for me esp since older if something happens I can’t drive car til pay a lawyer and court fees. I tried to stop process it was ez fix but they blindsighted me. Car is bad karma to me now. I still have no car. They never told me they were gonna remove my name just to make fast deal or I would have stopped process. They LIED. No trust no repeat customer. More

Bought a Certified Preowned Explorer and, after a bumpy start, received a call from Sale Manager Domenic Siravo intent on "making things right". Domenic followed up and coordinated with new Service Manager start, received a call from Sale Manager Domenic Siravo intent on "making things right". Domenic followed up and coordinated with new Service Manager Steve Wingate to ensure my vehicle was sorted out, at no charge, to my satisfaction. The only reason the overall rating isn't also five stars is the rocky start I did not expect from a Ford CPO inspection, but Pacifico Marple stood behind their product and service, and won my confidence back.
