I purchased a new 2011 F250 XLT in February from Pacifico Marple Ford. Admittedly, I am not the easiest person to deal with when purchasing large ticket items, cars in particular. The most interesting part of the entire process was that the vehicle I purchased from PMF was not on their inventory. Steve Gibson worked with me to locate a vehicle with the exact options I had laid out. At a time when other dealers were unwilling to work outside of their own stock, PMF was absolutely willing, and made great strides to sell that vehicle to me for an unbeatable deal. Trust me, I tried to beat it. My principal contacts for the purchase were Steve in sales, John the sales manager and Anthony the finance manager. All of these individuals were professional and treated me with respect. There were no gimmicks, no BS and zero nonsense. They were respectful with pricing my trade-in. Most dealerships would offer a great deal on a new truck, then insult me by offering about $6,000 less than my truck was actually worth. PMF gave me a respectable trade in and a great deal on the new truck. Calls and emails were returned promptly and questions were answered effectively. The entire purchase left me confident in PMF, enough that I recommended them to my brother, who purchased a truck just one month later. His purchase was an almost identically optioned XLT that PMF located and dealer-traded for him. While I can be difficult to deal with, my brother can be downright unbearable. Immediately after his purchase, he stopped by my house to thank me for recommending Steve and Pacifico. They saved him roughly $3000 dollars over his local dealer for the same exact truck. I am very pleased, as is my brother, in our purchases of new F250 Super Duties from Pacifico Marple Ford. More

After receiving an excellent quote for a 2013 Ford Explorer, the order went in and in a few weeks I contacted Jack about the status. We found one that was very similar and pretty much matched the price. I was able to pull off the lot with my new vehicle the next day. The over all experience was the best I've had in getting a new car. So much so that I even had my wife get a Ford Focus from Pacifico because of Jack and the finance guys.
