My sister asked me to drive from Mass to NJ to help her find a car. She had purchased a new Escape in 2001. Ten years and 282,820 miles later the trans finally gave out. After checking all Ford dealerships within a 50 mile radius, and their inventories on line, we decided that a 2010 Escape Limited on their lot was the best deal, having both price and options in their favor. We decided if all went as hoped, this would be it. I decided to call to ensure the vehicle was still available. I spoke with Domenic, who informed me that it was still on the lot. In speaking with him I found him to be so rude and in a hurry to get off the phone that it led me to search for something that rated dealers. I discovered dealerrater.com and yelp.com, neither of which gave them an acceptable rating. Sis still wanted to visit the dealership, she really liked the car. Arriving, we met the one bright spot, Val. She was knowledgeable and unlike Dom, customer service oriented, and is the only reason I rated them THIS high. I decided to ask to speak to Domenic's boss, only to find he was an owner not an employee. Though sis and I really liked the car and deal, we decided to move on. We went to Pacifico Ford in Philly were the service was great and we found another low mileage Escape. The car was $1600 more (bigger engine)but still a great deal. Sis not only purchased the car but was able to drive it home that evening. Had Domenic been an employee, we probably would have complained but purchased the car. To be part owner and still be that curt, cost Val a sale. Sorry Val. More
I had a great experience with this dealership, great price on the vehicle, the sale person Jim Kiernan was ok to deal with but it was a great pleasure dealing with the sales manager Michael Gewertz. Jim needs to take some lessons about how to treat the public and work with them rather than just put down a price and try and force on them, by saying this is the best its getting and not giving anything. But over all it was better than this other dealership I went to. I would recommend this dealership. More
I had the pleasure of dealing with Val in the process of purchasing a Used Ford Fusion for my daughter. I will have to say that her honesty had me wondering if she was working for the dealership! She discussed all the options - good and bad - with the cars I was considering (new and used and did not pressure at all!). He thorough knowledge and assistance helped me narrow my choice to what I believe was the perfect choice. The car is in excellent condition and the price was more than fair when compared to the Blue Book Value. Without any reservation, I recommend Val to anyone who wants an enjoyable car shopping experience. Her knowledge of the Ford line is second to none! More
This past weekend I contacted Pacifico Marple Ford about a vehicle in the their used inventory. I spoke to Dominic who discussed the vehicle and offered it to me for the listed price but would have it Ford a vehicle in the their used inventory. So I made the trip over there from South Jersey ( about an hour drive) and test drove the vehicle and decided to go through with the purchase. It was the weekend so this process continued till that following Monday. On monday, after getting the financing in place I was asked for a deposit on the vehicle so they could go ahead and do the certification but when I told them that I would come up there with my mechanic and have it looked at before I signed the final paperwork the salesman told me that he did not want to put out the money to have the vehicle certified and have me change my mind! He said he would not sell me the vehicle! This dealer does NOT stand behind their product. I was very blatently denied having the vehicle inspected by my own mechanic AFTER showing good faith and giving them the deposit for it. It was such an unbeliavable experience that at this point it's just amuzing to me that anyone can treat a customer that way these days. Don't shop there! You will be treated like they are doing you the favor... if you're lucky! More

I had the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership, when bringing my car in for service. After 4 visits to the dealership for the same problem (transmission) the staff was unwilling to fix dealership, when bringing my car in for service. After 4 visits to the dealership for the same problem (transmission) the staff was unwilling to fix my problem and refused to spend anymore time on my car. They also failed to honor the extended warranty! I was forced to bring my car to another dealership who in turn informed me that I did have a transmission problem! Don't use this dealership for service! They won't fix your problem and will take your money! More
