I reached out to their service team and they told me that they couldn’t help me since the vehicle I purchased was a by Jeep and not Ford. So I took it to a jeep dealer to service my vehicle. The Jeep dealer found more issues with the car than the reason why I took it So I went back to Ford to request that they honor their 30 day exchange policy, if you don’t like the car, no questions asked. Because they basically sold me a lemon. I had to get the Attorney General‘s office involved because they refuse to answer any of my phone calls and they still decline to honor their advertisement.
