Last month, I had a very bad experience with this dealership and a particular service manager. I left that day very disappointed. Yesterday I got a call from their new service manager, Joe. Joe was a dealership and a particular service manager. I left that day very disappointed. Yesterday I got a call from their new service manager, Joe. Joe was a gentleman and genuinely wanted to hear my situation and help. As a customer I feel like that’s all I can ask for. Joe and I were able to find common ground and move forward. I will continue using this dealership and I would encourage other’s to do so. Problems happen but just know that this dealership values their customers and is willing to try and make things right. More
