Dealership was easy to work with. Ryan was a good salesperson to work with and made the transaction easy. Keyser miller ford is not what it used to be. Used to have a great relationship with their service department. Knew the techs and service manger knew us by name. I brought my vehicle in for state Used to have a great relationship with their service department. Knew the techs and service manger knew us by name. I brought my vehicle in for state inspection and emissions test and they failed me for taillights and tires sticking out to far. When I brought the same vehicle to them a year earlier with the same tail lights and tires they had no problem passing it. I measured the tires when I got to the dealership and the tires were under that 3in threshold the tech claimed. In the video that they sent me, tech Alexa bush, said “it feels disgusting driving down the road”. Also claimed that “everything is leaking”. Than proceeded to say at the valve covers and vacuum pump which were both replaced a week prior. There was just residual oil left over. In the video they never took the engine cover off so not sure how they could see this. Also recieved a text saying if I fixed the oil leak then they would pass the truck, but what about the tires and tail lights all the sudden? Very dissatisfied, seems like they had a lot of turnover in their service department and it went down hill. I also recived a text claiming they wanted to buy the truck, so I asked them what they would offer. Got transferred and hung up on. Overall very poor experience and we will no longer be bringing any vehicles to this dealership More

Before sale fare price not so easy to deal with. I Spent 6 hours at dealer ship to purchase a vehicle. Cash deal with trade in. Should have been no more than 2 hours. Guess what after sale no service at all. They did not return my lug nut wheel lock. My tires are out of balance and I cannot get them fixed. Don't know if they caused the problem or not. I willing to fix it but I can as I do not have the key for the lugs. Called dealer 4 times Jan 15th had to make 4 calls because I did not receive a call back.. They said they mailed it to me really 8 days later and 2 more calls (had to call twice today as I did not get a call back) still do not have the key. Snow storm coming truck is unsafe to drive. Thanks alot. Great way to start relationship with a new customer. Buyer beware poor or better word appalling customer service. Would never recommend this place. More
