My elderly mom is recovering from a stroke and I clearly informed the Salesman of my moms condition of being ill, not being able to walk should have been a red flag, but the Salesman didn't care that my elderly mom is ill, cannot walk and legally cannot drive. Only the untrustworthy would even attempt to make a sale at the expense of another's wellbeing. Don't bring your elderly loved ones to Flood Ford Narragansett. I truly wish I never did and certainly wouldn't ever again. The Salesman name is Timothy W. UNTRUSTWORTHETHY.!!! TIMOTHY W. ARRANGED FOR MY ELDERLY MOM TO BE PICKED UP AT MY HOUSE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. I'M RESPONSIBLE FOR MY ELDERLY MOM & HER SAFETY, MEDICALLY, SHE'S NOT SUPPOSED TO GO ANYWHERE WITHOUT PROPER SUPERVISION DUE TO SEVERE MEDICAL ISSUES. Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep - michaelsmihosky

Through a web search I found a 2015 pre-owned Jeep Wrangler on the lot at heritage valley Ford in Brooklyn CT. Called the dealership and was set up with the salesman Tim Wesolowski. Ask a few questions and requested a few additional pictures since I am 4 hours away and was provided with everything very quickly. After deciding this was definitely the vehicle for us I set out to make a sight unseen deal based on Tim's word. After a gentlemen's handshake over the phone we agreed on a price and a time and date when we would make the drive with check in hand. Over the course of the next few days Tim answered a few additional questions we had and made sure everything was ready for us to go. We arrived Saturday morning to a spotlessly detailed vehicle with a full tank of gas and we're immediately greeted by Tim. We went for a test ride and everything checked out. Within 30 minutes the transaction was complete and we had the keys to our Jeep. Tim felt more like a friend than a car salesman that that that highly recommended both him and the dealership. The car performed flawlessly on the four hour drive home as I'm sure it will for many years to come. I cannot say enough good about the whole transaction. Thanks for everything.
