Rob was awesome. Made the whole experience easy and was stress free. Price was transparent and I was able to get everything settled quickly. They even had a shuttle to come pick me up so I didn’t have to bother with figuring out a ride to the dealership to pick up the car. Great atmosphere in the dealership too, everyone was friendly.

Our salesman, Paul Scannell, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, making a large purchase very informative and easy. During the process he even went above and beyond by using the 15 minutes of waiting time while the manager finished the financial paper work to contact our insurance company and make sure our insurance was covered and transferred to the new car.

Took my 2018 Ford edge for front brakes while on vacation. I went in person to get a date to do the brakes, drop it off the night before, they called me first thing in the morning with an estimate and the work plus the checked a recall that was outstanding also. Work was completed in the time frame the quoted me along with the recall. Staff was a pleasure to work with.

I had the best experience working with Diana Strain! From the moment I walked in, she was extremely friendly, personable, warm, down to earth, and easy to talk to. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I was nervous about the experience initially, but Diana really listened to what I needed and provided a solution that made sense for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, honest, patient (especially with all of my issues, questions, and indecisiveness), and genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision. It's rare to find a car sales consultant who feels like a trusted partner, but that's exactly what Diana was. She truly went above and beyond! She even checked in with me after the sale was made to ensure my happiness and satisfaction was met. She truly is the best and made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend asking to work with her!

I have to leave a 4 out of 5 review this time... ☹️ We dropped our 2011 Ford Fiesta with a TPMS sensor issue in the left front tire off on a Thursday afternoon for an 8am appointment on Friday. The appointment was to change the oil and filter, check all fluids, and take care of the TPMS sensor issue. After no word by ~3:30pm on Friday, I called for a progress report and learned the car had just been taken in. There seemed to be an issue with being short handed. The service personnel notified me that all four tires were so old that they needed to be replaced. I drove down a half hour later with 4 newer tires, a spare set from my 2016 Fiesta. I was told they'll work. An hour or so later, the service personnel called me to let me know that the tires I brought down actually won't work... A rim size issue of 1"... At that point, there was no getting the car back that Friday as 4 new tires had to be ordered so late in the day. We got the car back the next Monday at 5pm. No complaint with the work done, but the work didn't go 100% smoothly, hence, 4 out of 5 for the rating this time.
